      I believe the shampoo was previously opened and resealed. It did NOT have the original Keratherapy seal on it. The conditioner did. It also DID NOT come in a Keratherapy box as advertised!!

      Good Day- We guarantee al of our Items are 100% new and never re-sealed nor re-sold. Keratherapy is going through packaging updates and soon all items will have a seal- as of now most items have the new seal but we have a few items with out the seal. There was never a Box for Shampoo or Conditioner. Sandy
