    The item was not as described. I ordered apple AirPods Pro 2nd generation and I received 1st gen AirPod pros. Additionally, they were still connected to the previous owners iCloud. I asked for confirmation of the firmware version prior to shipping and the seller first told me they would tell me, then they did not. The seller shipped the wrong product and is now unresponsive. I am frustrated by this seller’s lack of communication and unwillingness to partially refund. The battery is poor too.
