We have two long haired dogs and a long haired cat as well as three teenage boys. The first robot vacuum we purchased (a different brand) just was not able to keep up. It needed to be cleaned after every use even though we had the receptacle. The mopping feature on the other one was extra steps and so we never used it. The Eufy is a powerhouse! We can vacuum and mop at the same time! My house has never been this clean!

And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!
