    Packed well however the Dolly arrived with a broken shattered arm. I contacted the seller as it did say in the description that there was some repaint on that arm so I thought it could have been an old unrecognized repair. I wanted to keep the head and they applied a portion of the invoice as a refund. They responded swiftly. Thank you for your quick response.
