Buyer said it did not have insert and I provided pictures showing it did and picture showing it was cracked. USPS shipping box showed no damage so crack probably from China shipment to him. Expected he would offer to refund $1 or $2 for value of the pane but he just said sorry when we communicated. Very disappointed in this seller.
