Prompt shipping ( although the box could’ve been taped up better, as it was partially open when it arrived. My only complaint would be that I wish they gave the measurements of the GATE itself. I’ve ordered several sets of this fencing in the past, and the gate width was 15” wide. Fine for a large dog and myself to fit through. But this gate is only 11” wide :( fine for smaller dogs. I wouldn’t have bought this set if the 11” wide gate measurement

The quality of the product is definitely on the cheaper side. It was definitely built with quantity in mind rather than quality. The latch pieces are to long and you have to pull it apart to get it open. I would say it's a good value for the puppy we have. But for a larger dog, like a German Shepard, or Golden Retriever, I wouldn't recommend it. Great powder coating finish.

Upon assembly, it became apparent that the pictures in the directions could have been a bit more detailed to simply the process but not a deal breaker. Near the end of assembly I found that I was provided "two left feet," that is the front legs should be mirror images but I had two alike. Contact with the vendor yielded 2 choices: free return or partial credit. I decided to do a workaround and it turned out fine. Vendor was very good
