FedEx is the worst period for everything! The sell company was so great. I spoke with a really wonderful woman who understood right off the bat when I called and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The box ended up in the trash but I saved this seller and would highly recommend them to anyone for sales in the future!

To their credit, they worked with me on the price to get price per unit to an acceptable level for me to purchase.
