I reported this to Reolink and they advised me that I would have to pay for return shipping as it was after 30 days after purchase. But it wasn't, it was only 20 something days. They sell refurbished products that do not confirm to quality standards, and do not stand behind them. I am highly disappointed at the customer service that I am in the process of receiving from what was supposed to be a good company. 👎
