Both locks work fine, they feel cheap but not to the point where it's a bother. The plastic hinges are probably not the best to be resting the lid on but after putting on a strap, I don't have to worry about that. I've taken it through fairly bad rain already and it did well, a few drops got in but nothing that would deter me from leaving electronics in it. I'd write more but no space. Overall great product.
