    I buy these bc the price is right.You get 8 pcs for$10.You will nd 8 pcs to get the hang of molding them.They don't come w/a molding tray or directions, but I saved the tray/info from a previous $20 drugstore purchase and use tray w/these, and w/some trimming and boil time adjustments I get 4-5 I can actually use.Still worth it.

    This things were perfect, i dunked them in boiling water once, fairly quick and put the mouth piece in my mouth to mold, I dunked it a second time to finalize the mold and it formed nicely. No more grinding in my sleep.

    You probably should adjust your mouthpiece by cutting off some of the front riser with scissors. I remove half an inch to three quarters on each side, right and left. Cut down to the flat bite or within a quarter of an inch of it.
