My plants came in an air tight bag wrapped in newspaper with Chinese writing. Clearly not even a USA seller. Never again. Buyer messaged us over the weekend while we were out of town with photos of damage. We promptly replied, apologized, and promised a refund once home. Despite this, buyer opened a dispute immediately. We accepted it Sunday night, but due to eBay's process, the refund wasn’t instant. Negative feedback was left despite our quick response and willingness to resolve. | Our packaging is tested to withstand coast-to-coast shipping.
