    Mission Impossible Casio (MI:I)

    The Casio DW290 is the actual watch for Ethan Hunt in the first Mission Impossible movie not the 5600 series. If you like to collect movie watches or Casio watches in general then this would be a cool piece to add to your collection. The DW290 has the standard Casio features such as: military time, month, day and date, alarm and timer. If you are considering the DW290 as an "every day or beater" watch, I would recommend them as you can find them for cheap. Also, Casio DW290 wears well on a larger wrist (I have an 8 inch wrist) and doesn't get hung up on the wrist bone or require any band modifications for the wearer with a larger wrist.

    great features.but you pay for the cool

    Wear's well on the wrist, comfortable, good back light, and has all the key features. There is a price premium for this particular style compared to other styles of the same watch due to the movie tie in, but that's what people want .....supply and demand. Consider the DW 5600 G-shock for an alternative Iconic Casio at around the same price or the DW291 for a cheaper alternative for the same functionality and robustness.......or get all three!

    Does what I want it to do and the functions are more intuitive and easy to implement .

    Easy to use and the buttons are responsive when using ( I don't need to push them twice). I would recommend to others. The feature I was most interested in was the countdown. Used for start sequence of weekly racing ( around the buoys sailing ). No time to be fiddling around with a watch that doesn't do what you ask it to do! Too many other distractions going on.

    Very retro affordable watch. I don’t know if Casio is the only brand that ‘s still making almost all their vintage models . Thumbs up to them. The only problem about this piece is the fading of the blue lettering. I got rid of them using acetone and it looks awesome.

    Casio G-Shock

    I was a State Trooper for 28 years and an electrician for 45 years. The only watch I wore once I found it. Durable, reliable, great for shift work set on military time, and comfortable. Other watches just got shattered during fights, altercations, and safe around electrical devices.
