I literally have to miss a day of work to go to a post office on top of my time and trouble for his mistake. Seller refused any kind of partial refund to make it right since I received 8 pins instead of the 12 he advertised. He quickly said I can take it up with ebay. Shipping cost was average and he did ship quickly, but I feel scammed on some expensive tumblers.
