shipper was very helpful, and item arrived as described. USPS took three weeks to ship from GA to IL. but that is beyond the seller's control once it was shipped via USPS, we just had to wait for it to eventually show up. The seller went so far as to go to the post office to try and track it down, so they did all they could do at that point.
