    Great Zester

    Microplane products are always made well and easy to use. I lost the one that came with my knife kit and found this replacement for a reasonable price. This one is great for zesting citrus, and chocolate bars. I highly recommend this product for home cooks and line cooks alike!

    Functional and ups your kitchen game

    Love this microplane. Have used it for nutmeg, lemon, and lime zest, dark chocolate, parmesan/reggiano and garlic. It's somewhat hard to clean, I feel like scrubbing the teeth dulls it and ruins my cleaning tool but I love the microplane. This has leveled up my kitchen adventures. I made blueberry muffins with fresh grated nutmeg and a waffle board with microplaned parmesan/reggiano (photos attached).
