    Item was received as described. However, shipping was a not great. I reached out to the seller and asked if they could overnight the part the day I purchased, but they never responded, and it took a month to ship. I could understand this if it had to be ordered new from the manf, but if it was stock I think they could have shipped more quickly. I would have happily paid a premium to get the part sooner. Buyer beware as the site said they don't check it regularly, so in the end it's on me.

    Perfect

    The original bottom rack had rusted away in place and the wheels had rusted off. It still worked really good, so I decided to just replace the rack. The new one was a prefect fit and very sturdy. I think it is a better quality than the original one. And it was even a better price. Thank you for making this so simple to fix my dishwasher.

    Not perfect due to fit, but it’s ok.

    This is a good product, but the bottom rack is a little too high for my dishwasher, my dinner plates don’t fit. It’s a very nice sturdy rack, however two of the wheels were bent. Even with the problems, I do like it and I’m making it work. It would cost too much to send back.

    Excellent Rack

    This is a very nice replacement rack. It is exactly like my original in shape. It is brighter white than my original, but I'm guessing my original has faded to an off white color due to use. The rollers work smoothly, the coating looks and feels thick and tough. These are an excellent way to save money versus the original replacement parts!

    Good bye rust! Hello clean.

    So glad to have a new rack in our trusty GE dishwasher. It is 19 years old, original to the house and keeps on kicking. My old rack was showing signs of rust and then the rust getting on my poor dishes. This new rack fits perfect. Thank you! The only thing I miss about the old rack was the spaces were a little wider to put wider cereal bowls on rack. Other than that, I am completely satisfied. Thanks again.
