On contact claimed it was a mistake. I excepted that until the refund conversation came up. He excepted he should refund . Once the camera was on its way back to him he said he would not refund until he had used the full allocated time given by eBay. He still did not issue a refund. I had to involve eBay to get the refund. Not very honest in my opinion
