They did a pretty lousy job of shrink wrapping such a heavy item to the pallet. The cardboard box over the pallet was pretty much destroyed. It would have been much safer and better if the hitch was actually strapped to the pallet with metal or plastic strapping to keep it secured to the pallet. It was actually laying loose on its side on the pallet when it was delivered. There were a few scratches on the hitch from this.
