Very proactive and on top of this sale! A++. Re: the item: Cremo, in their infinite wisdom, have again discontinued yet another product that worked just fine and didn't need to be supplanted. So the aftermarket is our only hope.

Seller stated it was just different packaging, but it is not. It is a completely different scent. I contacted seller to see if they would make it right and was told I was sent the correct item. You can see from pictures listed below they are different. And then said I could return it for $7 shipping cost. I would not recommend ordering from this seller! What a scam!
