    Item description clearly stated that there was no auto certification. My buyer accepted that. However, when the item came it did not include original box which was not mentioned in item description. This left me with an unhappy customer who was unwilling to pay original agreed upon price but did take it at 50% of what I paid here. Seller was not willing to accept that the listing did not disclose this or offer a partial refund for his error. I lost a customer and so did you!

    The listing was listed as “used” and not “new with box”. Offered the buyer a $10 refund on a $29.99 product and offered to refund the whole amount if he sent me the mini helmet back. Buyer refused and wanted a $15 refund (half the price). Who buys stuff on Ebay to “sell to his customer”? Seems fishy! Happy to lose this unreasonable customer as a customer.

    D3escription in now way says used or without box. And yes for a customer, not everyone wishes to use the internet to buy anything so I have clients in addition to many buyers on ebay. Your tone was rude and insulting. No customer service skills whatsoever just blamed me for not knowing information that was not included in the listing.
