    My product has evidently been lost. I didn't get it. I left the vendor a message yesterday. They responded promptly which I appreciate and said they would send it out again. Hopefully, I'll get the product soon. Maybe it got misdelivered. I don't know, but I am very appreciative of their prompt, vast courteous service in addressing the matter as I didn't want a refund, I just needed the product. I'm very happy I would do business with these people again because they seem to be very reputable
