I have a mailbox outside the gate to put packages in but they did not do that. My dog tore up the packaging and punctured a small hole in the bottle. I'm able to use what's in the bottle so that's not the problem. They need put things in the proper spot when they do my mom. Otherwise the service was great. Package came earlier than expected.
