Part of the box was peeled off and UPC had a black mark through it ... which leads me to believe this was a retail returned item. Damage happened after the pictures were taken, possibly during shipping. Both top corners of the action figures card backer have large creases. I guess It's fine, this is a low value figure. However, I do look for these signs of damage to the card before deciding who to buy from, and will usually avoid them if price difference isn't great.
