Twice I asked the seller if the engine was not seized & twice my messages were ignored. I took a chance based on the photos. Issue 2, when the item was delivered, the FedEx guy pulled it out of his truck & began to hand it to me, the chainsaw bar fell out of a hole in the box & fell on the ground.
