    Sent me a different part than what was offered and told me it was "compatible", which doesn't matter since it was a different part entirely and stripped out making it useless to me. Seller eventually refunded me completely, which is why I'm leaving Neutral feedback, but I never did get the part I paid for and now they have it for sale for like 10x what I paid. Positives: great packing and fast shipping. Negative: should have honored their replacement policy regardless of cost.

    For a $25 battery, they sent me the wrong one. Gave me the wrong address for return label, gave me a second label and claimed the item was not returned. All labels was provided by the seller and they still can't get it right.
