    Item is first quality with unopened original packaging. The condition was perfect with hardly no shelf wear at all. Value couldn't have been any better than what it was. Appearance was top notch. The only problem I have is that this product is basically unusable. It isn't supported by anyone now. No software is available in order to use it. I wish I had known all this before ordering but it's my own fault for not checking first.

    NOT NEW

    It's disappointing to receive a used product, at the time I opened I could see dust marks on the hind side of the band, clearly says top has been cleaned neat leaving out behind. The only best part was promt shipping. Overall a sad experience.
