    The item itself seems as described, although was packed strangely - which makes sense given its odd shape. Some of the seams are subpar, like a big seam in the middle of the handle. I will likely replace the handle for better comfort. But I am very happy the seller was very helpful and responsive. I gave them the wrong address the first time and they corrected it at the last minute and still got it to me before the holidays. Overall happy for the price! Thank you!
