However, it was in excellent condition and for a reasonable price. As all of the factory packaging was intact and appeared new - perhaps the seller wasn't totally on top of evaluating the condition (benefit of the doubt). Nevertheless, for less than half price, it was a positive experience for me to be able to try "this wearing a hearing aid business". All in - I'm good as it operates as expected.
