The chain was made of some sort of ferrous metal. The pendant itself, may have been the silver that the seller specified. The diamonds were a form of zircon, or synthetics. i wanted to see for myself the zircon, man-made diamonds. So, I did get to see. I probably will not perform a chemical test on the silver to verify for authenticity. It looks like silver to me.
