      The package arrived before the estimated time. The item is as described by the seller. However, I think the seller did not take enough care in packing the package because there was no bubble wrap in the box. Fortunately, the package inside was not damaged. Since I paid almost as much for the shipping cost as the package, I expected safer packaging. Hopefully, the seller will take this into consideration.

      The phone arrived in beautiful condition as described, however it cannot be accessed without a SIM card. Without a SIM card you cannot get to the Main/Homescreen. The phone can only be used for Emergency calls. This was not noted/explained in the Description, which was frustrating and a SIM card wasn't provided. The seller has been notified of this and said they were looking into it. Otherwise the item was perfect and I would recommend this seller.

      Rugged working tool

      I've been using Verizon's version of this phone for 2 years. This ATT phone is no different. It is durable, rugged, and works as you would expect a smart phone to work.. It's not sexy nor does it have all the latest features, but in my estimation those missing features simply serve as distractions. This phone is a rugged, working tool and serves me reliably. I recharge the battery every 3 days on average.

      Battery is hit or miss the first 4 hours I lost 25 % of battery the first two hours non use but held up for 12+hours little usage

      Perfect phone for my hubby and I

      This is my 2nd one and it's been 2 yrs since I purchased the first one used ($80) My old man bought his new from the carrier for $400 We own an auto repair shop and needed something durable and this phone can take one heck of a beating..my old one would still be in use if I hadn't accidentally ripped out my charge port 700 times

      Works great, worth the money!

      I think the battery is original so I ordered a new one. The phone works great, might as well be new in that sense. It's not slim or light, because it's so sturdy. It's built tough. I think the new battery, once installed, will help the battery life.
