    Stores liquid

    A word of caution. When you are done spraying, pump some air into the tank and blow the shut off valve clear of water. It will freeze during the winter and crack the housing. It cost me two shut off valves to find that out.

    now wether that is good, bad or indifferent remains to be seen . . . the reason we needed the replacement was because the original broke, and it broke at the weakest spot - which would not have been the case had they designed it properly to begin with . . . so, yup, it works just fine, same as original - but it also has the same design flaw(s) as well.

    Way better than rebuild kit

    This cat was away better way to go then the rebuild kit I rebuilt the valve it first and that didn't work so I ended up having to buy a whole new valve anyway. New valve was easy to install on my backpack sprayer.

    Parts missing

    This valve does not include the hose clamp attachment in the handle or the screw-on fittings and washers. EBay does not carry those parts and they are hard to find. The hose clamp is one of the parts most susceptible to breakage.
