    butyl sealant

    Lots of flexability to allow movement and settlement and makes a good seal. However if you mare used to silicone, this is messy stuff to deal with; latex goves advised

    Effective and paintable

    Bought this sealant specifically for the perimeter floor crack in my garage prior to painting the garage floor. As well as being flexible the sealant could be painted over.
