    Vol 2 is The best of the series

    My wife absolutely loves vol 2. She had had all of them at one time but vol 2 is the best of the series. It's fun and engaging. Richard Simmons was the leader of all the work out videos. You can't help but laugh and have a good time while you burn calories and get in shape. We would highly recommend this DVD to anyone who needs a laugh while there working out. Before you know it you'll be in better shape and have fun while doing it.

    Work out with a Hufflepuff

    There was never a more Hufflepuffy Hufflepuff than Richard Simmons. He works hard to let you know you are doing a great job and that you can't give up on yourself. It's some seriously adorable motivation. And if you think this work out is for the "fatties" and the "oldies" and will be too lame/weak/etc. for you, I challenge you to try it. I do yoga and indoor bouldering every week and this workout kicks my butt. There are plenty of aerobic sets, fun music, challenging moves, as well as floor work, and small weights/arm section. Richard is a bright unicorn rainbow of sprinkles the entire time and will make you laugh and try harder.
