Poor non-existent communications, two thumbs down for the transaction, I highly suggest do not buy from this seller, F for failure to communicate and F for false advertising, terrible experience on E-bay with this transaction. The box with sizing information was included. To this buyer- I’m sorry your sandals didn’t fit. That doesn’t mean I should provide you with a full refund and it certainly shouldn’t result in a negative review. Shame on you!
