    New screen works great. Part shipped quickly and very secure packaging. There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

    Motherboard was packaged safely, and shipped out quickly. Mainboard was in new condition as described, however it came packaged with the wrong IO shield back plate. After contacting the seller, a small amount of our purchase price was refunded to help offset the cost of obtaining the correct part. Seller was responsive and kind in all communications.
