He insisted that I was looking to get something for free when the product clearly didn’t match the description. I’ve never encountered a seller who I had to fight so hard to make it right. They can’t seem to handle basic questions from a customer and I had to escalate it to eBay customer service. I hope they’re not this rude to people in real life.
