    It doesn't read milliamps like I thought...

    It doesn't read milliamps like I thought. It only goes down to ten milliamp. When I try to control the current it doesn't move. I needed it to be putting out single digits down to 1 milliamp or at the least 2 but cannot. The thing has a short in it. Specially on the right. The voltage jumps. Other than that it's a paperweight to me and very heavy
