      I tried 2 discuss with seller, no response. They lied about shipping it, label was printed but not shipped like they said (to claim too late 2 cancel). Product is fake, I contacted the manufacturer & they wanted me 2 give them the product as soon as I received it so they could investigate & provide me with a legit product. I did not want a refund, I just wanted 2 cancel transaction & avoid each from negative feedback. Seller refused. PayPal gave me full refund due to seller’s bad faith behavior
