Part of the box was peeled off and UPC had a black mark through it ... which leads me to believe this was a retail returned item. I'm including this information because I believe it would matter to some buyers. Good price. Tested items ... both seem to work with no problems.

However, I do look for these signs of damage to the card before deciding who to buy from, and will usually avoid them if price difference isn't great.
