I politely asked for a refund, sent it back & was met with excuses & an extremely RUDE attitude! Thankfully this type of seller is in the minority as i don't enjoy leaving negative feedback but in this case it is well deserved. When i first messaged them they said of course its not in perfect condition because its over 40 yrs old, which is no excuse really.I was polite throughout the whole process but this seller was not. I simply said i have not received my refund yet & they replied with capital letters & ! which generally means people are shouting. Would have been much easier for them to just admit their mistake & i wouldn't have left negative fb.
