He answered me that the battery was new, and said nothing about the liquid. I gave you pictures of the outside of the box fully covered by packing tape. I believe this box/package was exposed to rain then dried off and tape was used to hold the once soggy box together. (The inside still damp) From past experience I believe this was FedEx s doing.
