    Very fast shipping, packaging was okay if frugal. Description "in good shape" but copper damper plate was bent so that it rubbed against frame. Maybe this happened in shipping. Things happen in shipping. Maybe it was all the tightly compressed newspaper packing, don't know. No big deal, I was able to repair and zero it and it is very accurate across the range. Therefore, a great value, would buy again.
