Whenever and wherever a parcel or package was too large for the mail slot, the carrier would ascend the elevator and leave them at the door usually a complimentary knock. I have never had to leave for the post office to retrieve them myself and still nothing. You can return it to the seller with the promise of a full and complete refund of the actual price.
