        Received both printer sheet feeder trays early - however - both are unusable due to exceptionally poor packing and handling. Proper packing the trays would have eliminated these problems - the box was mushed but intact - what "broke" the printers was the jumbling around inside the paper wad packaging. The two trays were not wrapped with any kind of tape or cellophane for shipping. One is cracked on the side - the other - you can't pull the tray out due to crooked body.
