      Dyson 900252-04 Fixed my noisy vacuum problem. like new again.

      Easy fix for a noisy clutch type vacuum, that sounds like marbles rolling around inside and you can`t find anything else that would cause this noise in the brush bar. Last O.E.M. was good for 9 years, time will tell with this O.E. M one. Comes with 2 new belts attached to make it easier to install when changing bolt belts and the clutch..

      Everything looked good, but...

      The clutch assembly installed easy but unfortunately one of the belts broke almost immediately. I would recommend the belt installation tool, which I didn't have and hopefully wasn't the reason for the belt failure.

      dc07 clutch

      perfect replacement for original clutch. Everything lined up for an easy reassembly. Just like new again. If you don't know how to do this, use youtube. Clean the brush bearing assembly, again, easy to take apart. Half an hour or less and you have an operational vacuum again. An easy project for the DIY person.

      Looked like a new one

      I needed to replace the clutch on my older Dyson Animal DC14. Since this is mainly our "backup" machine, I didn't want to invest in a brand new one from Dyson. I ordered this used one and it looked new, the belts still were tight and had new looking writing on it. I replaced it and the machine works like new. Came quickly too.

      Refurbished and performed like new.

      The brush motor clutch was purchased as a refurbished item. Installation is a breeze if you know what you’re doing. Installing the brush belt is a challenge, but super easy if you have a second pair of hands to assist.
