There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

After contacting the seller, a small amount of our purchase price was refunded to help offset the cost of obtaining the correct part. Seller was responsive and kind in all communications. Motherboard is operating flawlessly as part of a new system build. Very pleased with our purchase and experience! Thank you!!
