It was brand new, sealed in plastic, and the price was good. A label was created but the package didn’t move until I contacted EBay to say my package had not arrived. Then when they contacted the seller, the package finally started moving according to the postal service tracking app.

Unfortunately they packed two plastic tubs loosely in a padded postage bag rather than a small box or tube, and one of them was damaged during postage. The seller claims that the packaging was good, and blamed the postal courier. If the packaging was good the item would not have been damaged. They offered a 10% refund. My advice is not to pack two breakable items loosely together. Use a box or a tube to avoid movement and subsequent damage.
