I live in a house. I guessed that it was at nearest UPS. Drove there and was told it was not there. Called ups customer svc. and they said my address was not on package another address was listed. Looked on eBay app and seller said they couldn't find my house. Refunded me a penny less than what I paid?? It's the principle! Poor communication
