      One of the best sellers on eBay! There was a problem with the order (Microsoft product descriptions are inconsistent, overlapping, obscure, often contradictory and very often just *wrong*). Seller relied on Microsoft conventions and unintentionally sent the wrong product. EBay's automated return system miscalculated, and when the seller was notified they stepped in to directly correct it without any pause or question whatsoever. Excellent seller!!
