Item was listed as NEW when in fact is was used with scratches and scuffed marks both sides of locomotive. Listing did not disclosed the damage. Seller blamed Athearn and insisted the item was NEW. The seller accused me of being hostile. Yeah for $300+ for model falsely listed as NEW when if it fact it was used and beat up. Think twice on this seller. Buyer hostile from the get go. Was offered partial refund but DEMANDED more and accused me of a used model. Model was new, never ran but buyer was combative and argued about it.
